Aim

Academic Administration Bureau has a purpose as the central unit for Academic Administration services to build, maintain and improve the awareness and commitment of the institution managing the quality of education and ensure the monitoring and evaluation of internal academic quality regularly.

Academic Guidelines; which contains information about the education system and various Academic Conditions.
Academic Calendar; which contains information about Academic Activities Schedule Univeritas each academic year.
Class & Exam; which contains information about the Class and Exam as Class Rules, Class schedule each semester and information activities of daily lectures, lecture schedules replacement or elimination of the lecture at a certain time because of something that is an emergency and so on.

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. Head of the Administrative Bureau of Academic and Student Affairs is the element of leadership that helps the Rector in the field of academic and student administration which is under and responsible directly to the Rector and the day-to-day under pembinaanya performed by the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs and Human Resources.
1.2. Administrative Section of Academic and Student Affairs is a means of technical services in academic administration which is directly under the Administrative Bureau of Academic and Student Affairs and in charge of managing the overall process of administration and regestrasi students and preparing statistical data for self-evaluation of academic Respati University of Indonesia
1.3. Part Values ​​& Class is a means of technical services in academic administration which is directly under the Administrative Bureau of Academic and Student Affairs and in charge of managing the value of students at the University Respati Indonesia to become Transcript and manual preparation of class schedules and in the SIA program.
1.4. Part of diploma and alumni is facility which is directly under the Administrative Bureau of Academic and Student Affairs in charge of processing the diploma and preparing statistical data alumni.
2. FUNCTION OF ACADEMIC AND STUDENT AFFAIRS BUREAU OF ADMINISTRATION
2.1. Manage centrally and integrated academic and student administration systems in the current environment of universities in the University of Respati Indonesia

4. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
4.1. Head of the Administrative Bureau of Academic and Student Affairs
4.1.1. Manage activities of Unit Registrar and Student Affairs in order to realize its functions

4.2.3. Develop sub-system of academic administration and supporting device in order to develop academic administration system in line with the demands of university development
